In all her movies she has exposed and stripped with no inhibitions. From 'Gangster', 'Woh Lamhe', 'Metro', 'Fashion' to her latest 'Raaz', Kangana has effortlessly done that. So it's but natural if people think that Kangana wishes to flaunt a blatant sexy image. But the dame begs to differ. She's been saying, "Even though I have worn fewer clothes, I don't think I look vulgar. I am a very sexless person. I have never tried to create a sexy image of myself. From the very first day, I have been clear about my objectives. I am an actress and I am here to do my job." Kangana opens her mouth

The unconventional looking Kangana Ranaut has made it in Bollywood her own way, but she still remains controversy's favorite child. Kangana strips completely for Raaz - The Mystery Continues

The buzz is that Kangana Ranaut has stripped completely in her upcoming horror flick 'Raaz - The Mystery Continues'. Well, this girl sure has played her cards right. She very well knows what the audience wants from her The movie is now under the Censor scanner for a nude scene that has been filmed on her. The scene shows Kangana in a bathtub. According to reports, Kangana had shot the scene with a skin coloured body suit. But then the audiences would still think that Kangana has bared it all for the scene. It may now be completely chopped off. Producer Mukesh Bhatt wants a U/A certificate but the Board is not complying. Apparently after the screening of the film for the Censor Board, there was an argument between some members and Mukesh Bhatt regarding the certification as the producer wanted the 'U/A' certificate to have a large audience base for the flick. The Censor Board on its part has confirmed that they have asked Vishesh Films to chop Kangana's nude scene. The movie would get an 'A' (Adults Only) certificate because of its spooky content as confirmed by a Board official. The film starring Emraan Hashmi and Adhyayan is set for release on January 23 but Mukesh Bhatt hasn't given up yet. Let's wait and watch to find out the fate of the movie and Kangana's striptease.

Love birds Kangana and Adhyayan defy rumours

Eversince Kangana Ranaut and Adhyayan Suman have been a couple there have been negative reports floating around. Earlier it was said that his father Shekhar Suman was not happy with the alliance. Then that the couple played truant on the sets and irked Emraan Hashmi. Adhyayan clears the air about his girl friend and says "my father has always been supportive of my decision. He is happy as long as I am. It's just that he is a little concerned." "Whereas Emraan is concerned he has been a good friend we get along very well. I don't know how these reports have come about" he adds further. Reportedly the duo are playing a madly-in-love couple in the Vishesh Films Raaz –2. Buzz is that the couple was was very spontaneous in a few scenes that they didn't even rehearse before shooting the scene. An excited Adhyayan says that he is looking forward to the film. "this is the first time we are sharing screen space. I think it's my debut film and life depends on it. This film is important for me. Director Mohit Suri has done a fantastic job" There was a buzz that the actor did not get well alongwith co-star Emraan Hashmi. "It's funny" says Adhyayan. "We are good friends. There were rumours that Kangana and myself were locked up in a van but it's ridiculous. We are both professionals how can we do that. I am tired of giving explanations" he says. Adhyayan says that life with Kangana has definitely changed him. "I have calmed down a lot. I was very impulsive earlier but now I do everything on time. Kangana has taught me how to be focussed" he laughs and adds. The actor is now looking forward to his next with Mahesh Bhatt titled Jashn. "Then I have another film being directed by Mani Ratnam's assistant. In February I will be doing a film with Zee. I have signed three more films but right now I can't talk abouot them" he concludes.

I was really trapped by dirty people: Kangana

All of 21, Kangna Ranaut has seen and suffered a lot (in her own words) during last few years in showbiz! In an earlier conversation, she had admitted that she was going through bad times. She had said, "I got everything very soon in my life but personally my life was going through too much of trauma. I was really trapped by dirty people and they wouldn't let me concentrate on my work. They tried to harm me both physically as well as mentally." However, everything seems to be passe now ever since she moved on to 'yoga'. The biggest gift she's received from this, she says, is the practice of Silence or "Maun". The practice of staying silent physically brings to the fore the tremendous busy-ness of the mind and help to bring some quiet there as well. Effervescent and vivacious by nature, Kangna has found a 'thehrav' in her life ever since she adopted 'maun'. "Initially I found it very difficult to stay silent; however through perseverance I did manage to develop this as a regular part of my yoga practice and have benefited ever since." "When I am working, I have to give it 100%. So that's why I took a break for my personal work to sort out all my issues and only then got back to work. I did not want to struggle between work and personal issues. I am not that kind of a person. I can do only one thing at a time", she had stated earlier. "Now, through Silence, I feel I've discovered my Soul, the very centre of my being, which is the source of all my energy - creative, spiritual, emotional and mental. I've always been a very focused person, and I've chosen to portray characters in my film that are challenging and strong. This awareness and practice has given me greater ability to channel my energy effectively to deliver even better on these performances", she says in an obvious relaxed tone. Through shooting Raaz-The Mystery Continues, Kangna has been even more diligent about this practice. That's because the character is one who gets possessed and has to deal with the horrific consequences. "The role required a lot from me. It's a very intense role. Kangana insulted at Yash Raj studios gates

We in the media all know how Yash Raj bosses are a stickler for privacy and how well guarded their huge studio premises is. Well just that we didn't know that even some Bollywood stars are no exception as Yash Raj's strict rules are being enforced on them too. Our source narrates, "On Friday morning just before the trial show of Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi began at the Yash Raj Studios' preview theatre, a white Skoda drove up to the gates of the studios and began honking at the gates so that the watchman would open the gates for them. But instead, the watchman refused to open the gates and walked up to the driver. Though the watchman had clearly seen it was Kangana Ranaut sitting next to the driver's seat, he knocked on the window and asked the driver whom he wanted to meet at YRF and whom should he say has come while confirming. But then even that wasn't enough. He then left Kangana and her driver waiting at the gate for some more time till he went back to confirm the actress' appointment over the intercom." What left Kangana visibly upset was the watchman asking on the intercom to someone at the other end that whether the actress should be let in or not and also whether her car had permission to be parked in the YRF studios basement parking! I don't feel glamorous anymore: Kangna Ranaut

Very recently, Kangna shocked the industry when she made the bold declaration that 'she never felt like being a part of a hardcore Bollywood commercial film because she had no respect for such cinema'! We caught up with Kangna on the eve of the release of Fashion for a candid conversation. As the clock has started ticking for the arrival of the film at theaters across the globe, a pertinent question which one can't help but ask is - 'Who amongst the three actresses in Fashion would walk away with the honors. Over to Kangna: Priyanka has been hailed as the central protagonist in the film. Where do you and Mugdha fit in? (Smiles) Should I really be commenting on it at this moment when the film is ready to be seen by on and all? You should watch the film and you'll get to know. But with most of the promos centered on Priyanka, didn't you feel left out? I didn't. Because the central character of the film is Priyanka. Even the publicity stills and promos are giving the right impression of the film. People should not get the wrong notion about the movie that the promos were focused on one person and the story is about someone else. Madhur's realistic cinema has always raised eyebrows. Do you want to elaborate on Fashion is it again comes with similar traits? Raised eyebrows? I don't know in which way? But he has always been appreciated for the films that he has made. He has also won National Awards. I am sure that this film has a possibility of winning him one more award and I think its going to be a very high impact film rather than a controversial one. You have been a model yourself. That must have helped your performance in Fashion, right? (Scowls) Puhleeze, let me clarify this once again...and on the records. I was never a model! It is a misconception that some people have been carrying with themselves. After being in the industry for around 3 years, do you feel wiser when it comes to making career decisions? Today when I have to make a decision, I do feel much more confident and much stronger. I was just discussing with my friend the other day about how people change and how we grow up from inside. I was 18 yrs when I started, I am 21 today, tomorrow when I become 45 years and when I look back I won't be the same Kangna. At 18- I was different, at 21- I was different and at 45 also I will change. I do feel much wiser while talking decisions today. I feel stable today. Once upon a time, Kangna was a simple girl from Manali with big dreams. Has the world of glamour allowed that simplicity to remain? I think I was much more glamorous before I entered films. I was very funny as a person and I used to think of myself as a huge superstar compared to what I think of myself today. Like when I was in school I used to compare myself to American actors and Miss World and Miss Universe. But today after being in this world I don't feel glamorous anymore. Seriously? Yup, seriously. In fact I have become boring. I don't want to think about acting all the time. I have completely changed as a person, I am not exciting anymore and my life is not exciting anymore. I think, before I came into this glamorous world I was much more fun and funny and exciting as a person. What happens from here? Roshan should be releasing any time. Then there is Raaz 2 that is confirmed for January 2009. Kites is another film and I am also doing an international project!

"I have no respect for hardcore Bollywood commercial film" - Kangna Ranaut

Kangna Ranaut is in an explosive mood. May be it has something to do with the 'explosive' cinema that she has been a part of ever since she made her debut with Gangster. From playing a gangster's love interest (which was straight out of headlines) in Gangster to re-enacting the trauma of Parveen Babi in Woh Lamhe and most recently expressing the dilemma of Senior Executive at a Call Center in Life In A Metro, Kangna has been busy making her own space outside a world which goes by the name of Bollywood.

While working in aforementioned films, didn't she feel like being a part of a hardcore Bollywood commercial film to at least stay in the reckoning during her relatively leaner period?

"Everybody asks me this. But I never felt like being a part of a hardcore Bollywood commercial film because I have no respect for such cinema", Kangna makes a shocking confession.

She continues, "It is like an immortal work of art. For me my movies are my heart-beat. I cannot do a stupid film in which people laugh while they are watching it. So I have to be very careful".

Seems like she detests such cinema? "Yes, because it hurts me emotionally and mentally when people make fun about the characters in the film. I don't like people making fun of movies and characters. You should be given respect in society and for the work you do."

In that case, is Fashion the kind of film which should get the actors in it the kind of respect she aims for? "I really hope so. Fashion will change the thinking of the society and what they think about the fashion world. I don't have a crystal ball to see what the future holds, but yes I do know that the film will do very well", says Kangna in a positive tone.

There has been long gap between her last film Life In A Metro and Fashion. Was a break like this planned? Replies Kangna, "It was not planned. Some times it just takes too long for a project to complete. Even Fashion for that matter took about 6- 7 months to complete. In fact I did a film in the middle called Roshan but it didn't come. It will now come out after Fashion".

Fashion to premiere in New York

"Fashion", Madhur Bhandarkar's film set in the glamorous but ruthless world of haute couture, is slated for its world premiere on October 24 during the week-long 5th South Asian International Film Festival (SAIFF) in New York.

Nandita Das' "Firaaq", also from India, is the opening night feature of the festival and Das starrer "Ramchand Pakistani" directed by Mehreen Jabbar is the closing film. The festival runs from October 22-28.

SAIFF 2008 will present a select combination of full-length films, shorts and documentaries in a variety of genres. With several screening locations in Manhattan and high-profile sponsors like HBO, the New York Times and Time Warner Cable, the festival is dedicated to supporting established and emerging filmmakers from India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, as well as the South Asian diaspora.

"Fashion", starring Priyanka Chopra, Kangana Ranaut and Raj Babbar explores the world of style through the emotional journeys of the key people that make up the industry -models, designers, photographers, agencies and businessmen.

"Firaaq", which premiered last month at the Toronto International Film Festival, takes place over a 24-hour period one month after the 2002 communal violence in Gujarat. It features a star studded ensemble portraying the emotional journeys of "ordinary people" - some victims, some perpetrators and some who watched silently.

"Ramchand Pakistani" is a true story from 2002 concerning the accidental crossing of the Pakistan-Indian border during a period of extreme, war-like tension between the two countries by two members of a Pakistani Hindu family belonging to the Dalit caste. Nandita Das is the only non-Pakistani in the film's cast.

Adhyayan Suman in love with Kangana Ranaut

Only one film old and Adhyayan Suman started hitting the headlines for his love life. He fell deeply in love with Gangster actress Kangana Ranaut. Shekhar Suman’s son feels no hesitation in declaring his love to the world. He said, "Yes, I am seeing Kangana. I am in a serious relationship with her. It's not that we got close in South Africa; we were dating since quite some time but I didn’t want to talk about it so quickly. It’s time that I put an end to all speculations."

They fell for each other while shooting for Mohit Suri’s Raaz – The Mystery Continues. Kangana's breast show cut-off in Fashion

Sexy Kangana Ranaut is known to portrayal hot scenes in films. She has shown her sexy avatar in films like Gangster and Woh Lamhe and is again set to explore her femininity in Madhur Bhandarkar's Fashion which is based on the real life story of models and "wardrobe malfunction". Kangana has shot a breast popping scene for Fashion but to avoid any sort of controversy, the director had cut that bold scene.

The scene had already been shot and it was a 90 minutes show based on real life wardrobe malfunction that took place two years ago. Madhur knows quite well that the scene would not get clearance from the censor board and so he feels that it would be wise to cut the scene before sending for censor clearance.

When contacted, Bhandarkar said, "Editing is a very private matter. I don’t want to talk about this." Fashion also stars Priyanka Chopra in a pivotal role. After Fashion, Kangana would get involve in Rakesh Roshan’s Kites opposite Hrithik.

Papa, Kangana doesn't Love me

Actor Shekhar Suman's son Adhyaman Suman doesn't seem to have got over his crush for his Raaz 2 co-star Kangana Ranaut even after she is learnt to have given him a cold shoulder where it comes to having a relationship between them.

Story goes that the newcomer had fallen head over heels in love with Kangana after they started shooting together for Bhatt Productions' Raaz 2 directed by Mohit Suri.

They both play lovers in the film who are shown having a live in relationship. But in real life, Adhayaman's love remained a one sided affair as Kangana with her own messed up love life was totally disinterested in Adhyaman.

She continued to maintain just a professional relationship with him while on the sets and nothing beyond it.

Unit insiders have now revealed to us that Adhyaman who is nursing a broken heart is just not getting over her. He keeps coming on sets even on days when he is not required to shoot. He just keeps starring at her from long distance and tries to hang around with her as much he can.

Its high time Adhyaman realizes highs efforts are not going to yield any results as winning the heart of the unattainable Kangana is simply next to impossible for him and that he should rather concentrate on his career that has already begun on a very bad foot what with the flopping of his debut film, Haal-E-Dil and the criticism he faced for his acting skills.
